These terms apply when you use jogrix.com and the JOGRIX app. By creating an account you agree to them. JOGRIX is run by JOGRIX LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17512534). You can contact us at hello@jogrix.com.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Give accurate details, keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

You must be at least 13 to use JOGRIX. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.

You can delete your account at any time in the app, under You, then Account.

Health and safety

JOGRIX gives general fitness and lifestyle guidance. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or other qualified professional.

Speak to a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise programme if you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether an activity is right for you.

Stop and seek advice if you feel pain, dizziness or anything that worries you. You are responsible for choosing activities that suit you and for exercising safely.

The AI coach

Replies from the AI coach are written by an AI model. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you, so use your own judgement.

The coach cannot change your plan by itself. A suggested change is saved only when you confirm it.

The AI coach is included in the paid plans, not in the Free plan. Each paid plan has a daily limit on AI messages, shown in the app. Meal plans and TEAM session drafts use the same allowance.

Meal plans

Meal plans are part of the Complete and TEAM plans, and are for adults. They are general guidance written by an AI model, not advice from a dietitian, and the calories and nutrients shown are estimates.

Always check food labels for allergens. An AI model can make mistakes, including about ingredients.

Do not use a meal plan if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or have had an eating disorder, or manage a condition such as diabetes with your diet. Speak to your GP or a registered dietitian instead.

TEAM plan for trainers

TEAM lets a trainer keep records about their clients and plan sessions and meals for them. The trainer, not JOGRIX, is responsible for the training and advice they give their clients, and for their clients' agreement to the records they keep.

Session drafts and meal plans made with AI must be checked by the trainer before they are used with a client.

Trainers must only invite people who have agreed to hear from them. Being connected to a trainer is free for the client, and the client can upgrade their own plan if they choose.

Plans and payments

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no payment details. It does not include the AI coach.

Coach, Complete and TEAM are paid plans, billed monthly or yearly. The price and how often you are billed are shown before you pay. Payments are taken by Stripe.

Where a plan includes a free trial, it is only for your first subscription. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends to avoid paying. If you do not cancel, the plan starts and you are billed at the price shown.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app, under You, then Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Cancellations and refunds policy.

What you put into the app

What you record in the app is yours. You allow us to store and process it so that the app can work for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Using JOGRIX fairly

Do not misuse the website or app: do not try to get into other people's accounts, get around limits, disrupt the service or use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things.

Changes and availability

JOGRIX is still being developed. Features may change, and the website or app may sometimes be unavailable.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will make that clear in the app.

Our responsibility to you

We will provide JOGRIX with reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss or harm that we could not reasonably have foreseen, or that results from using JOGRIX against these terms or against the guidance it gives.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
